AMARETTO BIANCO SOUR (VEGAN)

INGREDIENTS :

  • 50 ml of ADRIATICO BIANCO CRUSHED ALMONDS
  • Freshly squeezed lemon
  • Aquafaba or Miraculous Foamer (or egg-white)

HOW TO DO IT :

  • Dry shake lemon + aquafaba + Bianco. Add ice in the shaker. Shake again.  Strain. Pour in a Martini glass.
  • Garnish with a lemon
