- 50 ml of ADRIATICO ROASTED ALMONDS
- 1 shot of freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 1/2 shot of pasteurized white egg
- 3 dashes of angostura bitters to balance
HOW TO DO IT :
- Dry shake (no ice) all ingredients to emulsify. Add ice in the shaker, Shake again. Pour in a Martini glass.
- Garnish with a maraschino cherry or a lemon twist
- If you want to spice up your drink add 30 ml of Bourbon ! 😋
