TROPICAL SNOW BY DAMIANO DI BENEDETTO

The EXPRESSION MARTINI cocktail has been created by Damiano Di Benedetto, Bar Manager at the WISDOMLESS CLUB in Rome. This cocktail bar is nested in the very heart of the city, distinguished by the extremely elegant, cultured and relentless pursuit of beauty. The whole atmosphere is inspired by the prohibition era, with soft lights, refined decors and an overall intriguing and charming vibe.

Damiano created this amazing recipe for his takeover at the TERRAZZA ADRIATICO, which happened to be just a week after our Opening.

Needless to say, it was a true tasting experience!

 

 

 

 

INGREDIENTS:

 45 ml ADRIATICO BIANCO crushed almonds

3o ml mezcal

15 ml lime juice

15 ml orange juice

20 ml passion fruit pulp

Nutmeg

HOW TO MAKE IT:

Shake vigorously all the ingredients, strain over ice in a highball, garnish with some freshly grated nutmeg
