MILANO '36

Milano 1936 - a Tribute to Sant Ambroeus 90 Year

Created in honor of Sant Ambroeus’s 90th anniversary, the Milano 1936 cocktail is a vibrant tribute to the brand’s Milanese roots. Crafted by shaking Aperol, Amaretto ADRIATICO Bianco, Molinari, and fresh citrus, the cocktail reveals a luminous rosé hue and a bright, balanced profile inspired by the spirit of Milan’s aperitivo culture. Served in custom glassware engraved with Sant Ambroeus’s iconic dove, the drink celebrates the elegance, ritual, and conviviality that have defined the brand for nearly a century. Its name pays homage to Sant Ambroeus’s origins and the first location, which opened in Milan in 1936. Now available in all Sant’Ambroeus locations in America and Europe.

Created by Damiano Coren, Director of Cocktail Programming at Sant Ambroeus in Spring 2026.
