INGREDIENTS

• 50 ml of ADRIATICO Bianco
• Freshly squeezed lemon
• Aquafaba or Miraculous Foamer (or egg-white)

HOW TO DO IT

• Dry shake lemon + aquafaba + ADRIATICO Bianco. Add ice in the shaker. Shake again. Strain.
• Pour in a Martini glass.
• Garnish with a lemon.
